Been waiting for connection for more than 24hrs

On the first of April, I bought BBz10 on contract. I was told to wait for connection which will take 24hrs max. Today is the 3rd of April I am still waiting.

Its so sad to have a phone that you cannot use. Voda you need to up your game.
