My phone still doesnt work

I got a new phone on Friday late afternoon from cresta mtn. I got a new Sim card with the phone an the Sim card never worked. I was told if the phone didn't work by Saturday I should return, and I did. The person helping me took the copy of the Sim card and said He will phone me back later that day to tell me if the Sim is now activated. He didn't. I then phoned 808 for assistance and was told to wait another 24hrs. I did and on Monday I phoned again checking what happened and was given another 24hrs waiting period. Its now Wednesday and still my phone doesn't work. I phoned again today and was given this ref no 104190741 and was told to wait another 24hrs. When you people debit my account I don't give you the run around and do not expect to you to give me a runaround cause come month end you are going to debit my account regardless of whether I got the service I am paying for or not. If this issue is not sorted by end of business today, I am returning the phone and cancelling that contract without repercussions as it never worked and I will go to no Smart phone compatible network which is Vodacom.
