Money deducted and contract ws cancelled 2mnth ago

My contract matured in January 2013. I followed the procedures to cancel the contract and was notified by the consultant that the last debit order will be for First of March 2013. Which I understood. Then later in Feb I phoned in and ensured that the contract was cancelled. IT WAS NOT. The consultant then immediately ported my number to pre-paid. I was happy. So now my nr is PREPAID! But yet, end of March they still deducted money from my account!

Incompetent much!

Give me my money back! That is!
