I have been battling with your company since september last year, inspite of promises that I will be contacted and my query attended to, and various requests to actually get someone to assist me (who is capable of doing so), I am still being billed for a line that expired last year already, with data charges no less, for a sim card that could not even be used? This smells very fishy to me, perhaps its time that I engage with an attorney again, that was the only way I managed to get my previous complaint with Cell C sorted.
My advice to anyone contemplating moving to Cell C, you will regret it. I received fantastic service from MTN, am billed accurately and honestly, and best of all, they are efficient and respond quickly to any query and keep their promises.
DEAR CELL C: PLEASE CONTACT ME VIA EMAIL AND NOT TELEPHONE SO THAT I CAN AT LEAST KNOW WHO THE PERSON IS MAKING MORE EMPTY PROMISES?
