On the 20th of Dec i made phone calls to my insurance broker after i was in a car accident. these phone calls do reflect on my handset but i cant exactly send my insurance a screen grab of the phone records. as an MTN subscriber i then called MTN, was advised to activate Itemised Billing so i can get my call history for that day. I did as advised on the 20th of April 2012. to this day i have still not received my call history, i have been sent the wrong history, mainly January to April and given countless apologies and told to please give 2 to 24 hours. i call almost every 2nd day to find out where the correct documents are but i keep being told to wait for another 2 to 24hrs and the documents will be sent to me. when i ask to speak to the supervisor i am told my details will be taken and i will be called but no one has called me back, when i insisted on speaking to the manager last week i was told they are in a meeting and a lady by the name of Olga Lesime will help, she once again told me how the documents are being sent in 2 to 24hrs. the list of people i spoke to is endless (PHAKAMA BANGANI, THABO MAHLANGU, GERTRUDE MOTHIBA) but i am still waiting and so is my insurance...
