MTN Glenfair - inept upgrade sevice received

28/10/13 (Mon) went in to do an upgrade, after 5 was told system was offline. 29/10- able to do upgrade. I wanted to keep my current sim, they said to do a dual sim. I asked if I would receive all my calls etc. on both old and new phone, they said yes wait 2-24hrs. 30/10 phone was rica barred. 31/10 went to branch to rica, told wait 2-24hrs. 1/11- rica barred. 3rd time I called 808 was told the new sim is not rica'd. Put through as urgent, not done by 2/11, called 808 and shouted, therefore done. 3/11 -808 MTN has not done the divert, wait 2-24hrs. 4/11- went in to branch was told sim is not active. I was frustrated after after a week, I said do a sim swap. Was told I have to pay again, I said I would not pay for something I already paid for and due to them is still not working. Asked to speak to manager was told I was speaking to her. She said she would have to have the "USD cleared" then do sim swap, wait 2-24hrs. 5/11-not done, went to branch, told wait 2-24hrs, and I would not need to go in again. 6/11-told branch still not working. I called branch twice and was told they said it would long. I refuse to pay again for a service not done correctly. 1 week later-nothing achieved
