CELL C CHARGES ME 3TIMES FOR CONNECTION FEE

I am very upset. When I got my new contract with Cell C they informed that there is a connection fee of R114 to be paid and that it will be deducted from my bank account. I got a sms saying: "Please be advised that your nominated bank account will be debited with R114 on 01/04/2013. Please ensure that you have provided sufficient funds for the debit''. On 2 April 2013 Cell C deducted the R114 TWICE from my bank account. I phoned the customer care line and asked them to deduct the R114 (that was deducted too much) from my amount owing at the end of April. Today - 11 April 2013 - a guy from Cell C phones me and asks me if I want to deduct the R114 from my tax invoice for April. I said yes and asked him to email my statements to me. I got my statement and then I get charged AGAIN (third time) for my connection fee and the R114 that they already deducted too much on 2 April 2013 is not showing on my account!!! I recently stopped my Vodacom contract to get a contract with Cell C and to this point I'm only regretting it so far!!!
