In december i receioved my cellc statement and i saw that there was a product that was added that is called get it and then i called them and advised then that i had nver agreed for on the product and then i call their get it line and they said they would cancel it and refund me but now in march was debited for this Get it produect when i called yesterday i first dialled 140customer care line and got throudg to Nomakhosazana and she had attitude didnt allow me to speak to her manager siyabonga and then i called the get it line got through to Keagan who was not helpful at all he even wanted to drop the line when i was even finished with my query the service at cellc is appauling there is no telephone ettiquette on customer resolution and then i have another line and they billed me incorrectly i wants to refunded for the get it from november till march and the reconnection fee for my second line as well as my telephone bill that i always call get it with as their calls are charged i am extremely angry and i want this resolved.
