NO TELEPHONE LINE FOR A WEEK!!!

We have had no telephone line at our company for the last week, I called and logged a fault last week Monday in regards to this. I call telkom call centre everyday from my bosses cellphone but I never get an answer in regards to when our line will be up an running, We have no alternative line to use to receive our calls and Telkom is just being completely useless in regards to when our telephone line will be working!! How are we suppose to operate a business without a telephone line. This is damaging our sales and companies reputation with our clients and I'm tired of telkom being unhelpful I want our line sorted out now!
