Charged more than agreed contract

A topup contract of R100 is signed with Cell C and this includes R115 of airtime and sms's and a Blackberry phone. The BIS service has to be activated on a monthly basis and cost R57.Twice now they deducted a lot more than R100 from my bank acc. The explanation was that I activated recurring BIS but nowhere was it stipulated that this will not come from the airtime. Thrice i notified the call centre that it should be different. And nowhere did I grant permission to deduct more than the agreed R100.The officials everytime confirm it has been rectified but every other month more than R100 is deducted again and they can not explain where they got permission or where it is stipulated that recurring BIS is additional cost or why it was not rectified with my call centre query
