A few weeks ago I called in because VAS was added on my line AGAIN! After being promised it would be stopped, it ran on for 5 more days, logged the hellopeter, was called by Blanche - she apologizd & said I must call the people thats billing me for refund, yet CELLC didn't do what they were supposed to, and the email address she mailed me of the people bounced back, same day I mailed her back and said email address is invalid - no reply since last week, yesterday I get an sms, advising that my line will be cut because they did not receive payment, plus a R70 will be added for reversal, payment must be made with in 2days or else it will be cut, well it was cut today less than 24hrs later, last night I called in, explained to Maria what happened, she says she can see no query about refund, I asked to be double debited this month, just don't cut the line, but she said nothing she can do, the only reason the debit didn't go through was because YOU didn't do what you were supposed to, resulting in my bill being higher than usual which is why it reversed and because of your incompetence I must pay, R70 more, no refund for your mess up and my line is cut? I can't even receive calls
