Putrid Service from cellc, still been billed for cancelled contracts. We had control chat 200 contracts which was cancelled on the 10/03/2013. We normally get airtime on 15th of every month but because we cancelled our contracts we did not receive the airtime but still got billed the full amont even though our contracts have been cancelled. our line are now suspeneded due to cellc trying to debit the incorrect amount from our account. Ive called the call centre numerous of times but no-one seems to care. I even called last week wednesday and smoke to a supervisor by the name of Zodwa who promised me that she has logged my query through to the relevant department to have my lines activated and the correct amount debited from my account. When i called again Saturday the customer care agent said that there was no query logged by Zodwa and he couldnt transfere me as he dont know who Zodwa is. Does anybody at cellc know what they doing??? If the managers and supervisors cant help us, who will??? The service is putrid. All i want from cellc is to please re-activated my lines and debit R200 from my account for the 1 line which i have. Please contact me on my 084084 no. with a resolution
