UPGRADE A BIG JOKE!!!

I did an upgrade on my Vodacom line on 11 July 2013 just to find a big confusion throughout. Elite Mobile contacted me regarding the upgrade which I cancelled the next day and did an upgrade with Vodacom themselves. I asked for the S4 and the lady who helped me said there is an amount of -7/8000 I have to pay in for this phone and I said no, what about the S4 mini. There was no amount to be paid in for this phone so I confirmed that this is the phone I wanted on a package for R349.00 per month. They delivered the phone only on 31 July 2013. With that I received an invoice of R2989.00 that I have to pay. I phoned Vodacom and cancelled this because there is no way that I am willing to pay this amount for a phone. I've been a loyal customer with Vodacom for the past 22 months, never skipping a payment etc. Now this. I am very disappointed in the way they handled this whole situation. They will come to pick up the phone now but that was not the deal that I had with Vodacom. This is really disappointing. I'm willing to renew my contract with the said phone but I'm not going to pay the said amount!!!
