My contract with vodacom had expired an I had submitted a written notice to cancel this contract once 24mnths are over. Followed up an this was done. Last payment would have been Jan 2013. End of feb I was still debited. I called in on the 1st of March and I was told the team leader will call me. I was also told that due to the fact that I had called in to enquire about a blackberry deal, they had removed my cancellation!! So who is responsible for this. It now takes vodacom 2weeks to pull out their voice recordings to justify if I am right. I expect my refund for the month of feb! An a cancelled contract. I'm sure once this posted I will get called by tomorrow
