Never Answering the Telephones

There have been several times where I am trying to contact them to no avail and have to physically go into the store to ask the questions. Today in particular I am trying to call both Pavilion on 083 869 8101 and Musgrave on 083 869 8071 and they are simply not answering, why have a number if you never going to answer, its a huge inconvenience. I am also trying to call the call center on 808 off my cellphone and its not going through as well as on a land line on 083 1 808, and nothing! This is so frustrating. My Blackberry 9360 needs repairs done because the middle sensor key button isn't working and I need to know if I send it in for repairs will I get a phone in the interim, I am self employed and need to have a cellphone on me at all times.
THIS IS URGENT and MTN are not exactly helpful, I shouldn't have to go into a store to ask them that, they should answer their calls, so I can make alternative arrangements if i need to get another phone
