Still nothing done!!

After complaining the first time on hello peter, a Vodacom consultant contacted me to discuss the wrongful premature cancellation fee that was put on my account. He assured me that the odd R9000 would be credited to my account owing to Vodacom's mistake. It's been two weeks and still nothing has been done. Even though the credit has been approved, it has not reflected onto my account. Furthermore, the consultant cancelled my debit order to go off today so that I would not be debited the R9000. However, that means I cannot pay my February and March bill. In turn, Vodacom has now suspended my contract. I cannot phone, sms, etc. This is an enormous inconvenience as I use my phone for work etc. I have been more than patient waiting for 2 months for this matter to be resolved. Vodacom better credit my account in the next few days or I shall be cancelling my contact with them, returning the device and supplying them with a lawyers letter. I do not understand how it can be so difficult to credit my account. Two months is far too unreasonable.
