6 WEEKS AND MY LINE IS STILL NOT MOVED!!!

I applied for my telkom line to be moved at the begining of February, a few days later i made the required payment. around the 20th of Feb i received a call from Telkom saying the technician was going to move my line the next day, but to NO AVAIL! I am still waiting.
I called 10210 every week, eversince, Two weeks a go a certain Brenden Radebe
( [Email Removed] took my call and heard me out, he then assured me that he would get to the bottom of the delay. After a day Brenden emailed me saying that a certain Paul Govender, 081 369 3150 was the technician handling the line move. I called Paul, he said " i thought the cable was sorted out and your line was installed" i advised him it was not. Since then nothing happened and Brenden Radebe stopped responding to my emails. I called 10210 today and was given the same story about a cable has to be put! its going on to 2 MONTHS!!! I also called Paul today, again, ever so ready to pass the buck, said he was calling me back shortly, but to NO AVAIL!!!

TELKOM VERY QUICKLY TOOK MY MONEY TO TRANSFER THE LINE, NOW THIS PREPOSTEROUS ATTITUDE FROM THEM!!!
