WHY IS TELKOM NOT RESPONDING

I have moved in June 2013 and requested Telkom to transfer my line to my new address where I resides during the week. After various telephone calls I eventually got the technician at my new address and he informed me that they cannot move the line as there is no infrastructure. I then requested them to move the line to the farm where I stay weekends (moving the line is a free service). After about 6 calls I eventually got them so far as not to charge me for the transfer and received an sms that the line will be installed the next day. Nobody pitched up. On the 7th of August I received another sms they are coming. today is the 22nd of August, nobody pitched up and I was not even contacted again. this is now going on for more than 2 months. The next thing they are going to tell me is that the line has been cut because of non payment. What must I do??
