On the 20th of May 2013 I requested for telkom to move my line. They responded by saying it will be done as soon as they have an available date. It is now the 8th of June and they still have not moved my line!
When i call the call centre they tell me that the area I am moving to does not support my broadband service, after explaining to them that I am moving next door (same building, different flat, literally two doors away) they told me that they are unable to move my line as there is too much of cable in the area. They then promised me that they will get a technician to call me the next day, three days have now passed and I still have not received any response from a technician. I need my line moved urgently as I now have to pay rent for two flats because my telkom phone is still at the old flat, this is unacceptable service! I need my line moved urgently! I can not wait any longer!
