Good day,

I am a very frustrated MTN customer, I have been calling MTN a million times from September, asking them to assist me. I have a 200 top up package with MTN and I have a total R740.00 on my sim card because I am unable to use this airtime. MTN had a data problem for a few hours of which my sim card has had this problem until today. When I have an emergency I cannot call anybody, I can only sms. I tried calling them twice this morning but they phones are just ringing. Now thats what you call very bad customer service. I also ticked insurance on the form when I applied for the phone and when I enquired about it they tell me that I don't have insurance, They can send me hate mail on time but they cannot fix my problem, It's been six months and MTN has not even tried to assist in this regard. Im one of many who is frustrated with MTN's BAD SERVICE
