I had ported to MTN last year May from Vodacom and have been having issues ever since. I find that I often randomly loose signal and as result have to reboot my phone to rectify the situation. Initially I had thought it to be a problem with the phone and then with the SIM card. Four phones and three SIM cards later the issue persists and only seems to be getting worse. I tried to get help in store but was told that it the network department that has to assist. Coverage department says it not a coverage problem so they can't help. I even got an agent to check my routing table. Whenever someone checks they find no problem with my line yet I am still having this problem!!!

I attempted to try calling customer care yet again with the hope that someone might find out what the problem is. I called 12/06/2012 and was on the phone twice for more than 20 minutes waiting for my call to be answered. I called from my cell and then from a landline. Ridiculous. I tried today again 15 minutes on hold and still no answers. Is this how a contract customer is treated?
I am very upset with the service I am receiving from MTN.
Could someone please assist with my problem.
