COVERAGE BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of the person who is in charge of the Craigavon/Marouladal area for the MTN coverage department for months now. After at least 8 calls and several e-mail i get the same response "The responsible person will call you before 17h00 today" but I have not as yet received a call back.
