Last week thursday I upgraded my sim card to a giga 20 package and how I understanded the sales consultant is I'm going to lose my avail airtime and smses and the data bundle that I have left and then I would get my new package data giga 20, I waited a while and noticed that my account is still the same since then I have been calling them how many times to correct it, they also told me that according to the customer service peoples system they said my acc is a 200mb not a giga 20 so that's more reason why I needed this thing to be sorted due to wrong package and they told me twice that's someone is going to call me back till now noting and there was 2 times that I called that I holded on for more than a half an hour, the last time that I called now to sort it out so that I don't have a problem on today the 1st is thursday I called and the lady told me that no on the 1st it will be correct I will receive my data on the 1ste this morning when I checked it said 200mb meaning its still the same problem and still incorrect package. I'm very cross and disappointed in my service provider that I just want to cancel due to poor customer service and this is unacceptable for me as a good client
