MTN INSURANCE - NO ASSISTANCE

I have now been trying to contact Mtn's insurance department for the last 2 weeks and it is just ringing. I send a mail to the address on the website and it came back saying the mailbox is full!!! I then phoned the call center and was informed that the Insurance department had a problem with their phone lines. She would however send them a mail to contact me, but she is unable to cc me in on the mail as it is not possible. This was a week ago and still no response from MTN? Cell phone with the query - 071 871 8770
