It started on the 21st of January, I needed a new blackberry... I have been a pre-paid mtn user from 2007, and needed a contract. Appon receiving ny application form: I asked her what I should fill in and where I should sign... Her response was quite startling: "ehhh I'm not sure, uhhh maybe there (making marks around certain areas on the contract) and there, I don't know what that is for..." She provided zero assistance and wasn't able to answer any of my queries... After filling in everything, the lady said I can go, and should come back in 24hours. I came back the next day (22Jan) and she looked on the computer (fumbling about as if it was her first time on it) after some time she found my application, It had been rejected. What she told me next, really took the cake." You se they rejected you because you don't have a job (I told her I am a student) what we do is, we re-send your application untill mtn approves, we always do this." She told me to wait another 24 hours... This continued until the 24th Jan (my bday) it was still not approved, I told her to cancel my application and oppened a contract at cell c that same day. Today mtn debited over R500 from my account. What now???
