NEW BLACKBERRY Z10 DELIVERED FAULTY

I have been and MTN customer for years and was due for an upgrade. I received my new blackberry Z10 (delivered to me) promptly. On receipt, i went to the MTN store to have a Blackberry technician transfer my data from 1 handset to another. After numerous tests, he concluded that the handset was faulty (DATA not working on actual handset) and that i would need to contact MTN Direct and have it replaced as it is still brand new. After contacting MTN and speaking to their Supervisor, they informed me that they would collect the faulty handset and have a new one delivered to me in 2 WEEKS. This is RIDICULOUS, I do not understand why i cannot collect a new handset from a MTN service store and return my faulty handset. I have now contacted MTN to cancel my upgrade and contract, they have still not contacted me after an hour!! i am VERY DISSAPOINTED IN MTN SERVICE!!!
