New Phone and it is faulty

Where does one even start with the pathetic service from Cell C. A contract was taken out on the 02/06/2013, they were very quick to sell the contract along with the phone but when it came to the handset that was faulty it was another story all together. As I understand you have a 7 day OBF (out of box failure) period in this period you can use your handset and if anything is found to be faulty you can return it and receive a new handset. Well in this case being one day late seems to be a big deal... I was not in town when the 7th day arrived to returned the handset because it was faulty so I went to the store on the 8th day (11/06/2013) and it was said that nothing can be done the handset will have to be sent away for repairs! A new handset for repairs!!! Reluctantly I sent the handset in and received the unit back yesterday (25/06/2013) after I went in myself to see how much longer I would have to wait. I am really not happy the unit was returned and is still faulty, short battery along with it dropping calls intermittently! I do not want this handset anymore! The service I received is nothing but pathetic and poor!
