Elite Mobile refuses to cancel

Telecommunications

After being harassed to accept an upgrade through Elite Mobile the handset arrived, but was faulty (runs down from fully charged to dead within 6 hours). I wanted to cancel but was informed that I have to allow them to rectify. They collected the handset and returned after approximately 10 days with a new battery, but the handset was still faulty. The handset has been backwards and forwards 3 times and they still refuse to honor the cancellation of upgrade and it is still faulty. I am refused permission to speak to a supervisor and they do no provide feedback while the handset is in their possession, which is most of the time. The handset has never been in my possession for longer than a few days in the period which now exceeds two months and I am still without my upgrade.
