I went to store for my upgrade in Jan. I wasn't informed about the promo, but received a letter in post about getting an additional handset when doing my upgrade. I asked for advice on which handset to take and was told that Nokia Lumina 920 was a fantastic choice, beg to differ! Took this handset and from 1st day had problems with the battery not lasting and phone freezing. Took handset back 19 days later, they sent me to Repair Centre in Boksburg, which came back with Liquid Damage. My question, how is it possible for me to get in2 a handset that can't be opened by anyone to get a finger print on the main board. I have still got all my handsets from my upgrades, y would I not take care of this handset? Now sitting with a useless and defaulted piece of equipment and ur telling me that I can only upgrade in 2 years. To be done in like this on a promotion not honoured and faulty handset, doesn't say much for the MTN brand. I need a working handset, preferably NOT Nokia and I want the promotion honoured! This SME didn't wait for their commission, did they? Awaiting you favourable response on this matter!
