I joined FNB's cellphone service and was delivered a handset that was faulty. FNB advised that the supplier would collect the handset which they did. The supplier acknowledged receipt of the handset on 5 June and said I would get feedback that Friday. Well we are almost at the end of June and I have yet to know the status of my handset. I have contacted FNB numerous times only to be told some one would get back to me which hasn't happened. I have contacted the supplier directly and received the same response. How can you provide a cell service and then not provide the actual product... The handset was returned to the supplier on 27 May and to date neither FNB or the supplier has come back to me as to what is happening with the handset. So I am subscribed to a cell service with no handset.
