Efurbished phone given

Hi
I have sent my phone in for repairs when I got it back it was a refurbished phone it dosnt even work now I have not been using it and no one seems to help.the number in question is 0714919907 I have been waiting for a month now and no responce. I have 4 contracts with you guys if this is the case that they can't even give me a proper phone who do I speak to.
