Don't live up to promises and dont get back to you

I have now helopeter you guys and you have gotten back to me and then got promised you guys will get back to me again the next day and over a week now i havent heard anything!!

This is regarding my MTN Sharlink...

Please get in contact with me as i am to the limits and i am super irritated!

i even got a call from head office once and then also promised he would call back the next day and yet again never heard from him again! like really your service is!!!
