Promises promises

Last week Monday I phone SA Home loans to see if I could get a better deal with them. I spoke to Tina who said she will come back to me because she think the company is over exposed in the Northern cape but she will make sure and come back to me.
Yesterday I phoned her again as I haven't heard from her last week and she promised me she will come back to me before the end of the day. Well until now I still haven't hear from her.
