Empty Promises from Cell C

I logged a complaint with Hello Peter on 23 Feb regarding request for cancellation of contract? Tshepo Selokela called me back on the 25 th and I also received a ref no. He promised to look into my case and come back to me by Wednesday 27th. I have not heard from him since. I asked him for his direct line so I could call him when he did not come back to me. He refused. Now I cannot get hold of him! What kind of service is this? Why can't we communicate with them? Same with TK who responds but cannot be contacted.
