Misinformed by call centre

Hi

I have upgraded my Data Package twice in the last 2 months and was, at the first upgrade, told by the person in the call center that the data will be immediately available which was not the case. In the second instance I was told that the data upgraded will be supplied and worked out on the days left in the month.

This obviously have run up my account by thousands.. I hope Vodacom still have the conversation recorded as mentioned when you make a query.
