Disappointed by terrible customer service

I am very disappointed to say the least. Once my current contract is finished, I won't upgrade and MTN will never hear from me again.
I have an up to date contract with MTN and applied for an additional contract. It was a long waiting period with a lot of disappointment as the new phone was supposed to be a gift. First I got approved but the phone wasn't in stock. Next thing I heard (3 weeks later) I was declined? Called head office and the branch several times and was promised feedback. Never heard from them and had to call them every time. It has now been 3 months. I was promised Ronel from head office would sort this out and call me on Monday 6th of January and also have the phone ready. Until today haven't heard a single word back from them!
Very, very disappointed and would NEVER recommend MTN to any of my friends again. Going to Vodacom this week and also switching my current contract to them once it is finished at MTN in 6 months time.
