So vodacom is quick to respond to you when you complain on hello peter... saying they will get back to you to resolve your problem! to make it sound like they care and know what they are doing . but they still havent gotten back to me since they responded to my complaint last week! im getting tired of running after you guys when you guys are the ones who messed up!! how can it take so long for you to 'investigate' why you debited me over R1000 more than you were supposed to!!! ive been waiting on you guys to get back to me since the 26th of January! how can it take so long? dont you guys know what you are doing there? wheres the customer service?
