As my debit card was swallowed on the 07-10-2013 at 08:00 an money was withdrawal from my account the same day which I only saw on the on the 13-10-2013 when I went into the bank to open an new card. I went back into the bank an told them about it they helped me phone but they did not get back to me. Then I went twice to the branch at vangate mall an they kpt sending me back an forth. Last month I was there again an spoke on the phone to one of the guys at head office an he promised me that they will contact me the same day an I told the guy that iv heard it before but he kept on an then they did not contact me until today. Its been six months
