VODACOM IS TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!

I have just had enough! My conversation with consultant (Lebogang | Ref number: S3-TK72J-JGBYL) has just made me realize that I can cancel this whole contract with vodacom and not pay a cent because it is VODACOMS SYSTEM FAULT. My line has been locked for over 2weeks. I have received invoice bills all which I paid on time including R2500 I paid yesterday which was supposed to be picked up by the system but still this morning my line was locked. I called accounts and they said on their side I owe nothing (and I know that cz I been paying!!!) and they cant figure out why my phone is still locked. I call customer care and they say they see 2500 reflecting but the system is still saying balance exceeded... WHY? I have a business and I lost a major client the first day the phone got locked! And who's liable for that? =VODACOM! As a client whos paid every invoice on time, as a business woman... I think its best to cancel the whole thing which has cost me time and money, and its best that VODACOM pay me for all damages and losses incurred!!!
