I AM TOTALLY ANNOYED WITH HAVING TO KEEP ON DEALING WITH VODACOM, EVERY SINGLE MONTH I HAVE TO CALL THEM TO ASK THEM TO ALLOCATE THE MONEY I HAVE PAID IN TO MY ACCOUNT.DON'T THEY HAVE SYSTEMS IN PLACE TO KNOW WHEN A CLIENT HAS PAID AN ACCOUNT! ON NUMEROUS TIMES THEY HAVE LOCKED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO ME NOT PAYING BUT WHEN THEY INVESTIGATE THEY SEE THE FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN ALLOCATED TO MY ACCOUNT AND ALL I GET IS A SIMPLE SORRY! I'm SICK OF THIS I ALWAYS HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WEATHER MY ACCOUNT WILL BE LOCKED DUE TO THERE INABILITIES! I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT ASAP.
