Line locked for no reason

I have received an sms on the 04/02/2013 afternoon around 18:00 leting me know that my balance have been exceeded and my line is soft lock.i have 2 contracts with vodacom 0723032873 and 0793030169 both are on top-up so when i phoned customer care i spoke to Christen he told me on how the balance is calculated which i am asking myself how possible it is he said (current balance (february invoice) proposed invoice amount (March invoice))=balanace i am not in arrears and there is in no way my account can be in arrears when paying by debit order unless strike bounced and they did not get the money from my account. Now i cannot phone on both of my phones please sort out your systems on how to calculate balance due or atleast train your consultant to atleast know what they are talking about.on resolution of this call please provide me with and explanation of what went wrong and why, please also provide me witha settlement figure on both accounts so that i can settle them and go back to pre-paid or port to other service providers because this is not the way to treat customers.
