After my Lease Agreement with Just Letting was cancelled 4 days before I had to take occupation and I had already applied to TELKOM for my ADSL line to be transferred, I had to cancel the transfer of the line. I called 10210 and told the lady what happened, she advised to wait for the technician to call me then I must tell him to cancel. I then found another place to stay and I applied again for the transfer, well what can I say the 1st order was never cancelled. The Thechnician advised that I go to Menlyn, which I did on Sunday. I saw Elleries and she corrected the situation. On my way home I got a sms "Thank you for applying for a new service at 28 Willowpark, which is the 1st address and you have to pay a deposit of R700.00. I called Menlyn branch this morning and spoke to Melany the store manager who was so rude, just told me the staff only comes in at 08:00, I explained the problem and she told me to phone 10210 or come in and see someone to help me at the shop. She was just rude not at all helpful I cannot believe she is a store manager with this attitude, it was after all her staff who caused the mess. I do not know what to do next as no one at Telkom wants to help me.
