Hallo

For the past month our Business ADSL line is very unstable, According to MWEB it disconnected 11 times just today. We constantly have to restart our ADSL router which we also exchanged due to suspecting it to be faulty. But if you look at the router you can see the ADSL line light going red and then after a few seconds / minutes back to green again, this happens a few times during the day.

I have logged a few calls for this with 10217 already and have asked them to escalate but without success.

Here is the last 2 ticket numbers: 9CTK140313 & 78CTK220313.

Please help! I am running a business which is 100% reliant on the Internet.
