Once again poor Telkom repairs

To whom it may concern,
I gave feedback on my previous report that the issue still isn't resolved. I am totally fedup with Telkom's poor service or lack of service now. My ADSL still goes down at times since a second technician was here... All Telkom did was give me reference numbers which is 96ATK050613 and ARS 228168.
Even worse is that tonight my ADSL line totally died. Both the ADSL and Internet lights went dead at about 21:30 tonight. I've switched off the router a couple of times, even for about 5 minutes. I also did the setup on the router again (though i think the problem is not there), but all to no avail. The telephone works fine on the line.
Also I have no outstanding amounts owed and my account is paid up to date so why have I no ADSL now at all???
