We went to the glen's 4u store to upgrade one of the contracts we have with Vodacom to which we wished to upgrade to the new blackberry curve in WHITE. We did all the documentation for the upgrade with a employee named Wayd, he said they have no stock in the white they will phone us when they have received new stock.
Yesterday after 3 weeks still waiting for the call we went back to the store to find out why it is taking so long, the only response we got from the staff was a bunch of stories and very bad attitude.
Apparently the white curve has been discontinued, while very clearly stated in the booklet still used in stores "also available in white" with an expiry date of the 6Th of April FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
Eventually someone claiming to be the "assistant" manager (Damian Allias) came to speak to us but giving us nothing but attitude, handing me the company's phone to call another Vodacom shop for conformation and standing with his hands in his jean's pockets telling me to cancel my contract with vodacom and go to head office if i wish because they can't do anything to help me
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
I will no longer be a client to vodacom!!!
