ADSL LINE DROPPING..3 Months ..Still Faulty

I Reported my ADSL Line, in March 2013, as it keeps dropping sync, its quite frustrating, as i have to keep turning off the Router about 15 to 20 times a day..I have had a few Technicians looking into the problem, and it is still not resolved, but they keep clearing the fault has " Tested and resolved, service is back up", even though it is still faulty. I have also asked for this fault to be escalated and for a Manager to call, still waiting...
...MY ADSL Line is still dropping...
