Account Debited but Contract Cancelled

Hi. This is the second time that i have had from Nashua. i cancelled my contract on cell number 0745878123 in december or early jan and yet for the last 2 months you guys have charged me for this contract which was over months ago. I kept my internet contract of R150 a month but i was debited R396 yesterday and probably last month as well.

I want a full refund and no excuses as I signed all the documents required and you can pull out camer footyage from the eastgate mall as to when i was at that branch.

this is absolutely ridiculous and i have incurred numerous costs because of this.
