Another issue that Nashua has taken over 10 months

I have a contract with Nashua Mobile that they have been overcharging me for 10 months and they have admitted to it, I REPORTED THIS LAST YEAR. I have been in contact with a few staff members of Nashua but to no prevail. I HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME "GREAT" SERVICE OR LACK THERE OF THAT I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FOR NASHUA! I then receive a call for George the new manager of Nashua Mobile Clearwater Mall with a "solution" to them overcharging me. They will take over my contract and I must open a new contract with them. But that means another FULL 24 MONTH contract and NO REFUND/CREDIT on the AMOUNT THAT THEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR! I told George that is unacceptable and he said that we would get back to me today, WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED! HOPE I DON'T WAIT ANOTHER 10 MONTHS FOR A RESPONSE!!!
