On the 31 July 2012, I cancelled my Nashua mobile contract however, Nashua was still deducting R145 for 11 months thereafter. On the 3rd of September 2013, I requested that this is stopped and that I demanded a refund. I have sent numerous emails/complaints since then to Dekeledi Molomo at the Sandton branch as well as ClientServices and still no refund. The last email received from Dekeledi was 21 September saying she will follow up and advise. There hasnt been any response from Nashua's client services! I doubt Nashua cares about customer service, and I am sure they have no processes in place since contracts can't be cancelled correctly, and refunds can't be processed. Further to this, my current contract taken out only for a month has now been suspended! Someone needs to contact me immediately regarding my refund and cancelling my current contract. I will never get into a contract with Nashua Mobile again.
