Contract expired and still paying 4 months later!

My contract expired 2013, of which I phoned 2 months in advice to cancel as soon as the contract expires. The month my contract was suppose to be finished my account was debited R229 not even the original R179 signed for. I then went into Oakfiels in Benoni where Marc Quinn tried to assist me, back and forth over emails he confirmed on the 30 Jan that this contract has now been cancelled 4 months after it was suppose to, the very next day a debit went off AGAIN, so now I have been billed 4 months after my contract expired and I cancelled it 2 months in advice, this is absolutely ridiculous, I refuse to make another phone call or go into another shop which it will then be the 5th time, as this is not an error on my side and I want this sorted ASAP and my money refunded I will never deal with MTN in my life again, I have never seen such an unorganized system in my life and its taken 4 months and nothing has been done. I need this sorted ASAP.
